What is your current state of mind?
Besides doing my part to isolate socially, so much of this whole situation is outside my control. I’ve become at peace with that and it allows me to feel less anxious and fearful but instead just take each day as it comes.
How are you planning ahead?
I’m limiting my exposure socially, but not limiting my time in the outdoors. I’m making sure my new routine includes some intentional time outside to stay grounded and take advantage of the beautiful area we live in.
How has your perspective changed over the last few weeks?
I’ve realized the severity of the situation as time has progressed. It’s really important for all of us to take it seriously.
What is your most pressing concern?
I’m concerned for the amount of people in vulnerable situations that are facing so much extra stress during this time.
What are you hopeful about?
I am feeling optimistic and grateful for the love in our community. I am excited to be surprised by the unique ways we come together during and after this time to come out on the other side and to live with more kindness for our neighbors.
